Imagine what it would it be like to put these old patterns, behaviours and feelings behind you and forge a new path in your life. Or even get back a life that you thought you’d lost. What will that feel like? If you would like to find out how that can happen, read on, as you have come to the right place...
"Being able to see the patterns connecting all behaviour allows the provision of a much more powerful and creative form of therapy than any single approach taken on its own.
Everything that science is finding out about the impact of the mind and body systems upon each other urges us to take a more holistic approach to mental and physical health."

We went to Devon to visit friends and climbed to the top of an enormous hill to see the views and I went to the very edge to look down/over and was absolutely fine! My confidence feels like it has improved lots as well and my husband even noticed it when we went out with friends recently, so all is good, thank you!

I felt I was able to release something that has been staying in me deeply from a long time. Thank you for your help - this experience was so special and I am very lucky to get to know you and work with you!

So many thanks for the session I had with you on Thursday. It has had a huge impact on me. Life-changing actually.

I was really motivated by our first session and have made several changes that mean I am already seeing improvements in my eating patterns, particularly in the evening

The knowledge of the Human-Givens has given me a framework for figuring out what has been missing in my life. In the past, the complexity of my life situation made it impossible to untangle my mind. I used to blame the myriad of problems in my life upon my overarching depression, OCD, or childhood trauma.
Through my short sessions with Juliette Young I have become aware that instead of trying to attack the nebulous concept of depression, I should target the specific aspects of my life that I can practically change.
Human-Givens has enabled me to systematically identify the areas of my life where I am out of balance so that I can begin to untangle the negative habits and self-perpetuating routines that are a symptom of those deficiencies.
I am finally starting to unravel the tangled bunch of threads and thoughts in my mind, and learning to separate them so that I can deal with each strand individually.

My sleeping has been a lot better. Now and again I get sleep paralysis but it's so much better and I don't worry myself about it so I relax a lot more. So that hypnotherapy really did help! I am doing well - my anxiety has practically dissipated which is amazing so I can't thank you enough.
Woman with sleep paralysis and anxiety.
Before I visited Juliette I felt I had mentally and physically hit a brick wall in every aspect of life. I was experiencing acute anxiety and panic in the most gentle of situations so knew I needed to get help. Juliette helped me unravel my own thought processes and re-engage with myself using the 'rewind' technique over four sessions. After a relatively short period of time I could feel a significant positive difference in my mind-set and confidence. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I asked Juliette for help in coping with the after-effects of the break-up of a relationship. It was a relief to talk to someone about how I felt, but I was pleased that the emphasis was on looking forward rather than navel-gazing and looking back. I found Juliette’s use of visualisation of particular help in putting matters into perspective and to see things in a much more positive way. It felt like a weight had been lifted from me after only two sessions with her and a year on I still do not feel the need for any more.
68-year-old man
Yesterday, I ventured into open spaces and the park. I noticed that I wasn't anxious about entering the park and was focused on enjoying the surroundings.
I then went to Clapham Common and I must have seen at least 20 dogs, many that were not on a lead. I got as close as I could to a dog that wasn't on a lead and walked as close as I could to other dog walkers without seeming like an odd ball! My heart wasn't racing even though I was still aware of the dogs being everywhere.
